Default Help! AFS OFF light flashing on dash

So I just had a local shop install my F-Sport Rear Sway bar, and when I picked up the car everything is great, except I cant get rid of this flashing yellow "ASF OFF" light in the left bottom corner of my Spedo console

Anyone know what that might be? Do I need to take it in?? How did that happen? I dont think they would have disconnected the battery for a simple $60 install...

I tried going through the settings using the button to toggle it off or on, but nothing is helping...

Thanks!!!

Use the search button next time. They probably moved the AFS leveling arm.

Yep, thank-god for CL! I printed the sheet with the pictures out brought it back in and they were able to level it out and fix it.. Thought that could happen only when you lower your car not just swapping out a sway bar.

And btw, the rear sway makes HUGE difference... its like owning a new car!

Does it make your car turn 90 degree at 50 MPH?

It's just a band-aid for springs being too soft. If you had better spring rates, you wouldn't need the band-aid. Lexus chose softer springs to give a "Lexus" ride, but the reality is, if you want sport performance the OEM springs are far too soft.

Did the error come back on after restarting your car?

Default Ads light flashing, fixed!

Thank you for the info on the fix! I had to replace a rear drivers side strut. I though I may have broken something. But by taking that bolt out to lower the bottom arm, it must have changed the position of the linkage. Soooo glad these threads stay up. I would have never figured that one out. And the dealer would have gotten me good.
Thanks again. The photos did the trick for sure!

Yeah, happened to me due to faulty front right speed sensor.
