i have 2009 is250 8k miles purchased used 2 month ago took it to the dealer for recall mats. asked him about brake dust was so bad every 3 days i had to clean them.
he said TSIB we can replaace front brake pads only not rear i asked for all four lol..
so got free oil change - new low dust brake pads - recall work - and computer upgrade all for free...
i suggest go back to the dealer and say TSIb for low dust is covered. make sure you do it early cause if they notice wear and tear they will say no...
