Steering wheel jumps
does your steering wheel jumps left and right when you go over bumps or train racks?
mine does... to the point where it actually moves the car in a different direction
is this a problem with alignment?
I have f-sport springs installed
thanks

Interesting...I'm pretty sure it's normal for the steering wheel to slightly move left and right after a bump but, if it's to the point where your car is moving in another direction then it might be a problem. Also, I think your car would pull to one side under normal driving conditions if your alignment was off.

my car doesn't pull but very sensitive to uneven or imperfections roads
only big bumps causes me to change direction and i would have to correct it
should i just go ahead and get an alignment anyways?

ya i do have steering damper installed .. it reduced the aggressiveness of the jump over small bumps but on big train tracks it still makes my steering wheel jump left and right

The jerking of your steering wheel left to right is probably noticeable based on the direction your wheel is turned when hitting them. When you're going straight over a bump it doesn't really jerk, but if hitting a bump (speed bump or whatever) at an angle will cause your wheel to jerk naturally. Also uneven bumps or a bump with your wheel turned at fairly higher speed will also leave you thinking there's issues. Pretty sure everything is normal with your alignment. Come to think of it, do you have stock rims and tires? If you have lower profile than stock, this is even another reason you're experiencing that. No absorption from the rubber will cause a more rigid contact to uneven surfaces, especially train tracks or sharp lipped ledges.
I experience this from time to time.
