its a pain in the butt to wrap vinyl around the curves of the tail light. i got frustrated and got a really hot heat gun and pretty much melted to to wrap around the light.
ps. i took it off 2weeks later bc i like it better without the smoke. i do have to reflector blacked out. (my car is SBP)

I was searching for different ways to tint my tail lights and I found a nice clean way.
I took my IS to the same place that I got my windows tinted (Tint World) and they did a very clean job. I have a 2010 IS so it has the little white L on the tail lights and didnt want those to be smoked so what they did was wrap the entire tail light in a clear bra, sprayed it, and then cut out the L with an exacto knife. So now if I ever want my lights un smoked, I can just take off the bra.
I hope this helps!

The way that we do it is our patent pending dye that i worked on with ppg directly. I can go dark as you wish or really light. We use a scratch clear as last step. we can go gloss flat or satin as a finish.
