I don't think they are pedal covers but rather pedal replacements.

Love the look of the floor mats. If Nigel carries them, he'll give you a great deal. Sewell will have them for sure. Good luck.

...there's a catch to all this. Lexus is currently in a Campaign (9LB Campaing or "recall") involving the accelerator and the potential interference with the floor mat. Because of this potential liability the current Aluminum Sport Pedal Kit has been discontinued all the while we sit patiently waiting for the newer style pedal to be released by Lexus.

You can compare the image below of the post-campaign pedal (the new style) with the older style that's shown in the original posted image above.

I do know, there's quite a few subtle changes with the new 2011 IS models so my hunch is they'll be something available as an accessory upgrade through the F-Sport line or something else.

Anyone knows of manufacturers that make pedal covers for IS250 currently?

Swapping out pedal assembly for cometic sounds like too work. Plus I don't plan on spending the cash to replace the entire pedal.
