Well looks like this might be heading into a nasty court case because the woman is lying and is saying that I was driving fast. Which is completely untrue! She claims that because my car took all the damage that I must have been going fast. That doesn't make any sense! The police report doesnt say much other than saying that she didn't see me when she was backing up.

Also the adjuster looked at my car and says the damage is worth 3,600. I got to call my body shop and check on the status of the car. Hopefully, it will be back in my hands before the end of the summer.

That sure sucks man, hope you get things sorted out. Can't believe she's being a bish about it though. She hit you towards the rear of your car. How fast can she possibly be going to not even notice at least half of your car?

Anyways, goodluck with your car and your relationship with your best friend.

Mmmmm, how's this going to end up I wonder.

Will both parties end up being responsible for damage for own cars?

Regardless, sorry about the accident.

Holy smokes!!! That is exactly where my car got hit too...

You're at least better off than me because I got hit after 2 weeks of buying my car brand spanking new. I don't even have my plates yet.

Totally sorry to hear about the accident.

I still have to bring mine back for re-paint. The shop that painted it didn't do a clean job. There were dirt trapped under the clear coat...

Anyways, first she hits your car and now she is trying to get out of it? Lol. Hopefully your car isn't in the shop too long and GL with the court case if it goes that far.
