In that case, if (when) you trade up to an IS-F, save the money that you were going to spend on PPE headers for your IS350 and use it to buy Sikky headers for the IS-F.

You will get phenomenal gains with PPE headers on your IS as well - thats what headers are made to do. Only downside, headers will not pass smog, and of course not street legal just like midpipes with cat deletes.

Ok guys, i think ive made a WISE decision, Ill know about the F trade tomm, and if that does not happen I am going with the PPE headers. Im 34 and have a 2 yr old son and a 12 yr old step daughter, the last thing i probably need is a GSXR, want one yes, but need, NO.. My kids do need a father... Hopefully that F or the headers will give me some excietment.....

If you went for the gixxer, you likely would stop worrying about engine mods to your car. That's the entire reason I went with the 250, after doing 0-200 in like 11 seconds, cars seem well... Slow? I really do love my 250. But if I want to punk civic fan boys, I do it at a light on my R6. Mind you, I still drop too much money into my car, and my bike. So maybe the headers would be cheapest.
AND... if I know women at all (which I don't lol) you're going to end up having to get two helmets and jackets. That's like another 700$ for something she'll use once. Good luck with your decision though. Let us know what you go for.
