Ok, this may be a dumb question but i really wanna know if they charge u for a tint on the top part of the windshield. Will that cost more than just tinting the sides and rear? because i dont really wanna pay more for just a little bit of tint on my windshield.

yes, they will charge you a little more for the top strip on your windshielf rather than just doing the side and rear windows. extra time/labor and tint material, but i can't imagine theyd charge that much more. unless you have a chill tint guy that wont charge you..

Have u guys ever heard of someone goin to an eye doctor to get a scrip to get ur windows darker?

ive never heard that, as you can get it tinted without a prescription. i have heard that you couldve gotten a prescription to prove you needed a darker tint on the front windows, but i think its impossible to get a doc to sign that one off these days.

Dont tint even though it will most likely look good. Chances of being pulled over for no reason will probaly skyrocket. At least it will in NY.

Yea ive heard a couple things about getting prescriptions. im confused. I just dont want ppl seein thru my car at all. But ill prolly get pulled over that. lol i might just go with 35% and since i have black interior it should make it a bit darker

I think tintin the sides and rears are good for now. If I feel the need to tint the front a bit then i will. I dont wanna take any chances right now after ive purchased the IS
