What is the going price for it right now if its in good condition with only 32,000 miles?

I paid $27,400 OTD in April 2009 for an 06' IS350 w/ 32k base model w/ premium package.

Many dealers, incl CarMax, use Manhem.com which is an industry standard for the buying and selling of vehicles between professional outfits which have up to date values of auctioned vehicles. I don't believe the general public can get access to their database, though.
