Sewell Lexus private video
So I was browsing Sewell parts and saw 2 videos about the illuminate scuff plate and the interior LED light kit. Those are like tutorial but they are marked as private. Anyone knows how to view them?

They're just embedded links to youtube. I was able to play the video on my comp with no problems.

Just like the product description on Sewell said, you can only PNP on the sport and luxury package. The premium (w/out navi) and base model can plug but wont play. You have to run some extra wire. I have saved the tutorial since I planned to do this.

IMO it takes a pro skill to pop in the right way bro. I have heard some member popped it out easily but after they put back the mirror stop moving. They had to change the actuator.

The ONLY non-PNP IS package is the 2006 model year IS250/350 that is just the premium package.
2006 Premium package - must run the additional wiring.
2006 X-Pkg or Luxury - PNP
2007 and newer - PNP
Again, just the premium only package from the 2006 model year required the additional wiring due to the incomplete circuit in the junction blocks in each side of the dash. This was resolved in 2007 for all IS models. For the Luxury package and the X-package in 2006, the junction blocks have the completed circuit to provide power to the sill plates.

...more videos are coming but we'll be aiming the new videos for those upgrade items from the 2011CY IS model. Most of the other accessories for the previous year model, we've already posted the detail Lexus installation instructions on the website.
