Will you trade your ISX50 for 2011 STi? I know I'm comparing apples and oranges, but as far as price goes, they are in the same price range.

Don't do it. I think the IS looks a lot better than the new STi.

NO WAY!!! STI is for boys. And the spoiler is ridiculous. If you're 20 something college boys go for it but it can't touch the classiness of IS.

Looks and reliability wise, definitely a no. As a dd car, the IS is much better. But if I wanted to play for the weekend, I may consider.

Zero chance of that happening. IMO would not qualify as a DD or weekend car for my purposes.

To be fair, I've owned two subarus (WRX and impreza RS) and they have been VERY reliable. In terms of reliability, subaru is quite solid. The STi is a blast to drive, but the interior is fugly and just isn't luxurious enough for me anymore. I think it's a great car, but I'd be out of my mind to trade my IS350 for that :P

Subaru stereotype: wannabe rally driver/ boy racer
Lexus stereotype: spoiled rich kid/ snobby

pick your poison

Nah... it's a nice car and all. The car has to be auto for wife to drive and within 30K budget.
