Hi..
my powdercoat shop told me the center caps on the 2IS wheels is plastic and obviously cannot be powdercoated. So for now it's painted a similar shade.

I found a place selling chrome cap replacements so it's metal and would supply me with the little lexus emblems so I can tape it on myself after finishing/painting, and in this case powdercoat. I need to strip the chrome first though.

What I want is the chrome Lexus emblem on the powdercoated cap

What do you think of this plan? Anyone want to see my powdercoated stockers

I dont think those are metal they are probably plastic with dipped with a chrome coat. like the grill on our IS.

Oops, I wonder how that guy with the black pearl wheel got the cap colored like that, maybe it was paint.
