Okay the reason I asked what year is because if it's under 6 mos old you can call Lexus and get a copy of the original window sticker. I tried to call for mine but the real nice lady there said that she cannot get the window sticker (mine is 2009) but can send me a Port/Factory Installed Equipment list. It will have on there everything the car came stock with PLUS whatever was special ordered or added on to your car before original delivery. The packet arrived in two days.

While you are on the phone, it might be beneficial ask her to add you on to the owner's list to receive any kind of recall/service bulletin notices. She can also tell you if any of the recalls or campaigns were or were not done on your car so far.
