Default new OEM wheel photoshoot :)

Thanks Cali Trans

Fixed and had the wheels powder coated gunmetal/charcoal color.. hides brake dust better. I was thinking it may look like steelies but it looks alot better in person! I was sick of the 06-07 greyish OEM wheel paint color.
Also new signal mirrors and Nav system. No more ugly Garmin GPS on the dash.

Suspension coming soon

I had it done at SoCal, cost is about $100 + $10 per wheel, that includes dismount, and rebalance. 2 stage (powdered clear coat over metallic). repair included for free

I looked into new 19" wheels but cheapest would have costed me $1000-$1200 a set plus $800 for 19" tires. my tires still have alot of treads on it.

I love the gloss because when it's rolling the reflections of the each spoke looks amazing, pictures don't show it well.

ditto! my car's previous owner grinded the wheels pretty bad so they look terrible up close as it's chrome as well

Performance Wheel Repair
955 Fairway Dr
Walnut, CA 91789

(909) 534-8672
Ask for Marco

I first read about it here.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ed-wheels.html

Now I did note that there were a couple dots of darker powder (imperfections) but overall I am quite satisfied, wheels were done in less than 5 hours. Single stage solid color should turn out perfect.

But his specialty is to repair your wheel, curb rash etc.

He remounted and balanced my tires just fine everything running so smooth.

Maybe it's leaning to the side of the road and most people who post pictures have lowered :P

I notice after the color change more attention is drawn to the wheels so it looks like a big circle with the tire, and I did notice the 4x4 look is more apparent.
