Am I getting a fair price for my car?

Take the money and go. A grand is not a life changing amount when you are dealing with cars in this range.
Nobody knows what something is worth until they try to sell it.
Don't go to Carmax. They are a good company but they will nail you on modifications.
Sell it and be happy. You are looking to sell a car not get a new best friend.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I suppose selling a modded rice rocket is easier than a modded luxury sedan. As for 25k being near KBB, I'm not sure what I'm doing differently on KBB.com but here is the price I am getting for private party:
Excellent $29,155
Good $27,655
Fair $25,355
As for selling all my mods, if I make 2.5k +stock parts off of my mods, I am worried that my car won't sell for 25k anymore and I'm back to square one.
As of right now I"m leaning towards taking the money and just cutting my losses.
I am looking to replace the IS with a cheap daily driver and a some sort of track car/hpde car. I still haven't found a car I like though. I drove a Z06 and was impressed by the power but not the steering/feedback. I drove a turbo s2000 and was impressed by the steering/feedback but it felt gutless. I really like my friends Vortech Supercharged 350z but I feel like the 350z is a bit too heavy for track use. Haven't driven an EVO yet but I was hoping to stay rwd.
If anyone has any advice on track cars, feel free to share your experience.
I'm also tempted to just save my money and have a cheap daily with no sports car on the side. As much as I like the idea of me being financially responsible, I can see myself being bored and unhappy a few months down the line.

I'd sell the rims for like 1200 plus stocks or 1800 if you have your own stocks, and sell the coils for 600 plus stocks, or 750 if you have your own stocks.
Then you'd generate 1800-2500. Then I'd take off the braces and exhaust and get another 500 giving you 2300-3000. Then I'd sell the car for 24k-25k giving you 26,300-28k.
Thats the right way to do it and make the most $$
