cost of painting lip kit
just curious what everyone payed to have there kit painted ???

I got vertex front and sides and gfx rear lip I paied 250.00 for front and sides installed

OP normally its should be no more than 150 to paint a front lip

bought paint and did it myself for 120. I also have paint guns. so maybe not accurate.

I have a Vertex kit getting installed now and he quoted me $150-$200 a piece.

Probably got hook up. I had my front lip and rear painted for like 80 bucks by a friend's buddy. Took him two days but match perfectly.
Every shop i ask quoted me 400 to 600 for paint and install.

is there a good online place there i can get a GOOD color match...can you go to the lexus dealer and get paint ???

Any good body shop will charge you about $100 per part for prep and paint.

I was quoted $300 for painting GFX front and side, no rear.

The price will differ depending on where you are in the world... and unless you got a hook up at a body shop its kinda expensive (here in nor cal)... every place I went to told me 250 - 300 just for a front lip... now I'm sure it would be a bit cheaper for each piece to get a whole kit painted... the starfire pearl color cost more bec of the pearl in it...

Your best bet is to get a paint code or bring a touch-up paint from the dealer. Most experience painter will mix the paint so the color comes out perfectly.
