For the Tire Guru's: 245/40/r18 up front?
Hi there,
Can anyone let me know if I can run 245/40 tires on the stock IS350 rims? I'm more concern about the front if it will cause me to rub. I did some research and someone from CL stated that if I were to turn hard (U-Turn), then it will rub. What about normal city driving (turning 90 degrees left and right?).
This will not non-staggered, 245/40 all around. Will there be any issues with this? Reason why I'm asking is because I'm looking at a set of winter tires and these are the only one that is reasonably priced. Just want to ask the pro's before I pull the trigger and regret it later.
Thanks again CL!

I'm not lowered but do have the Sport Package if that makes any difference. I'm aware the thinner the tire, the better they cut in snow but the one that is for sale is 245/40 all around.
Can anyone chime in and let me know if I should be worried about rubbing issues? Thanks.
