If your not planning on lowering a 275/30/19 would work. I have same rim width as you but not offset - I'm 45 so in just slightly more on my IS350. You could even run a 275/35/19 if you wanted.. but i haven't looked at the difference in the specs..

Will 235/40/19 19x8.5 all around fit my 2011 Lexus IS250 AWD with no rubbing in the fenders? Any recommendation? I’m trying to ride smooth but also I’m not tryna rub tires. Lol
Hcinthia08, what is the wheel offset and how low are you? If it's +35 to +40, and you're lowered about 2" all around, it should look a lot like my old setup.
My old 19" setup - SSR Werfen GT-03 with Fuzion ZRi tires. (I should never have sold these wheels...)
This was a staggered width setup, so ignore the rear as they were 10.5" wide. The front shows 19x8 +37 with 235/35/19 tires. The car was lowered just under 2" at the time, if I remember correctly. I had no rubbing issues that I can recall.
I think that you could probably go to a 40 series sidewall without issue, not 100% sure though.

Well, coming from the stock 17s, any lower profile tire will feel more rough. If comfort is your concern, I wouldn't bother changing the wheels at all.
For me, the ride did get stiffer. While I wouldn't say that I could feel rocks or anything like that, driving over seams in the concrete did feel more pronounced. Your tire brand/model choice will also have an effect on feeling and comfort. Usually cheaper tires (like the Fuzion ones I had) are harder, so they are not as comfortable as a tire with a slightly softer rubber compound.
In the end, I can't tell you how it will feel and whether or not you'll be okay with it, because each person has a different level of what they feel is too stiff or too soft. You might just have to bite the bullet and do it, then decide for yourself after driving on the new setup for a while.

Getting a second set of rears would work best, but you can also run a staggered setup as long as the rolling diameter between the front and the rear is as minimal as possible. Anything with more than a 3% difference is bad for the AWD system (I kept mine under 1.5% I think).

Plug in your wheel and tire measurements to get your stock rolling diameter, and make sure your new setup is as close to stock as possible.
Would running 19x8.5" rims all around look odd w/o a lowering springs or coilovers? I just want to get the stock 17s off my AWD and would like to put 19s on -- assuming it doesn't look dumb. Thoughts? Any pics of an AWD w/ 19s that is not dropped? Thanks.
Looking at putting on aftermarket tires: 245/35-19 (tire height: 25.75")
Stock tire specs: 245/45-17 (tire height: 25.68")
If it helps at all my car is a RWD but had aftermarket 19x9.5 +38 on 255/35zr19’s squared. Not dropped. Stock suspension. The look is nice and drives good in the city but got vibrating at high speeds. Went through 2 sets of rims and hub centric rings etc to fix the issue but nope. Back to oem’s. Careful with those aftermarket rims. The first set of ugly rims here In my pics was a 20x8 rim squared. Didn’t like that look at all.
Anyone know if 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 with 0 offset all around will work? Is anyone running a similar set up?
Fenders are already rolled and I’m currently on a 19x8.5 all around with +30 offset front and +15 rear. Tire to fender in rear already with no space.
Hello guys, I am currently having a very hard time finding Suspension parts to fit 19x11 wheels on my 08 IS250 AWD. I looked into Figs but seems like they don't want to deal with it so now im at a loss as the only other brand I see is Megan or SPC and I don't think those will be enough. Help!! 😫
