holy ********t!! sorry to hear about that man! You should definitely talk to the owner of the shop. I had an experience once where a lug nut few off while on the freeway, after installing new tires. Lucky I checked and torqued down the nuts someone. good luck with everything.

Oh man! That hurts to see. Hope it all works out for you in the end. Bottom line is that you made it out of that safely.

Holy batman, robin!

If i drove past that without knowing what happened I'd be cursing you for laying that rotor on the ground while changing your tire!

Glad nothing serious happened. Ever seen Final destination, where that tire from race ends up in the stands??

Wow dude, I would have such a hard time keeping my cool. They could have killed you. I would absolutely take them to court for gross negligence. Glad you're okay.

When we brought the car back to the shop, i called Rev-01. He has another set with the same specs in the cali warehouse. I believe he called him yesterday to work something out.

Thank you all for the concern, had i been in the middle of all the traffic going as fast as i was, i think there would have been a several car pile up. thank you god for watching out for me and everyone else on the road.

^ curb rash all over the lip, metal shavings/gashes everywhere behind the mounting surface of the wheel, and a bent inner barrel. The tire looks like it was peeled like a potato about 5mm thick in one spot. im assuming thats when it hit my fender.

Sux about your car but glad to hear you are OK. Very lucky someone didn't have your wheel flying through their winshield....that could have been nasty.

Wow

Sorry to see this happen to you. I always thought I was crazy asking the shop that takes my wheel off to use my Torque Wrench when putting my wheel back on and not the air gun. But wow- now I'm going to ask everytime!

I couldn't image what you felt like when this happened. Sorry to hear about this and you car- wish you a speedy recovery though

That pic is crazy...Thank GOD you're fine as well as others. Glad you put a valuable lesson in the pic, cause we forget or are all excited when we get stuff done to our cars and forget simple things!
