Default Got 3 dings in 1 day. Pics

So I got 3 dings in just 1 day. I was parking at best buy near the Blocks at OC and didn't know until this afternoon. A shop near my house quote $300 to do PDR and they said the best deal is $275. I still feel it's really steep for some PDR push.

Any body know a good body shop that is reliable, responsible and more affordable? I'm in Socal, Westminster.

I'm really appreciated for your help. It was a really really bad day yesterday.

I just got my door dings fixed. I can't really tell but in your first pic if the door ding is by the door edge, then PDR won't be able to fix it. It would have to be fixed by filling, sanding, etc. That will probably cost you about 300-400 dollars because they have to paint both doors to color match everything. In your second pic, your door ding can probably be fixed by PDR. It should cost around 125 dollars.

You can try giving www.westcoastdent.com a call.

that was what I thought with the 1 dent too. It's a line, like 3-4 inches. I'm no expert in body but I know that once it's too big, it's gotta be repainted, and not only 1 panel but both to match.

So the guy I spoke to was pretty confident at the ding. I was kinda worry too because he said something he could achieve that no one said possible (PDR on the line.) I also mention about repaint the line cuz it's long but he said it's not deep so he can remove 98% of it. But interestingly there was a white Lambo doing some work inside so it gained my trust.

I'll call the westcoastdent tomorrow.

Dings aside, I love the mirror-like finish of a clean, black car.

haha that's what I thought too. Cuz the door gap already there so the vertical dent almost blends itself in. The 2 other small dings definitely. I will also do a PDR on the dent too if it doesn't require repaint.

I hate people park and ding other people car. I would carefully watch out other car even when I don't drive nice car.

Sucks, sorry man. Can't really tell on the first one though.
I gave up most shopping and no more car dings.

I have color-matched side molding on my car. I know most will flame me for defacing the clean profile of the car but its subtle. Although I generally park away from everyone, I want all the protection I can get.

side molding does not completely help, people can still ding on the rest of the door, but at least it helps reducing.

I personally park very far from people, like I choose the farthest spot in any parking lot and I don't mind walking. In fact, I like to walk a little.

That day at best buy, I parked far out too. It was a really bad day.
