Default Navigation not tracking....

So I noticed today that my nav is not tracking me correctly. I tried to calibrate it to my location and put the marker in the correct position and everything, and about 20 minutes later I notice it's off track. I would think if I was only a little off, it would just be tracking right next to the road, but it's way off, sometimes even turned around and say I'm traveling in the opposite direction that I am.... Any help?

It's an '06 250 AWD, with ML

There's a TSIB for this problem on 06 models, the fix is an updated nav disc... free fix under warranty but you might be SOL on an '06 after all this time.

Kurtz is right, but beware that if you get the TSIB done you will lose the navigation software override. I've heard stories about really nice dealers throwing in an updated navigation map disk when doing this TSIB, but that's only if you get lucky.

The calibrate function is used to set the position of the car only "when there is no satellite signal available". If you have a sat signal it will override or replace any calibration information you tried to input. That being said, the position of my car has never been as close to where I think it should be and no where near as correct as with the dash-mounted Garmin that I also own. P.S. I have an 08 IS, and have the 09 disc with no change in the "inaccurate" position of the vehicle.
