I'd love to witness the Chinese (or whoever) cutting of a shark's fins, and then throwing it back into the water to die. I'd cut off their ears, make some f***ing soup out of it, and make them eat it...

No one is staying on topic. I'd like to know as well. I read someone got it from removig the rear dome light. I pulled the headliner back from the back window and saw the sharkfin was attached to some weird bolt. Haven't done anymore research on it.. My roof was painted black with the shark fin on it. I don't recommend it..

So if someone would chime in that would be great.. I wanna get my shark fin repainted properly

Calm down. The shark does not go to waste. They are sublet-ed to other companys for chum, bait, etc. You never know, there may be shark in your hotdog.

I am Chinese and i do eat shark fin. It's like any other delicacy of any other ethnicity.

Like i said in the other thread Here:

1.You removed the rear dome assembly.
2.You'll need an antenna wrench. I think i used a crescent wrench. Take off the nut holding the fin on.
3.The End

I'll calm down when the human race stops f'ing things up, and I really don't give a ***** what your ethnicity is. Here, maybe you'll appreciate this:

I don't have a problem with people catching & eating shark as a food source, but to use only the fins and torture the animal is PATHETIC.

And how dare you assume I eat hot dogs, lol

Pretty hilarious that I so agree with you on both counts. And let me add the Lexus execution is less egregious than many. It (the shark fin) always reminds me of the first couple of years compliance back in the day to the government mandated rear high-mounted brake light. I remember a Porsche Turbo convertible that literally looked like E.T.'s neck & head was mounted on the deck lid.
