Default Am I missing bolts from rear sway bars?

I ordered a fsport rear sway bar for my is350 2010 from sewell lexus.. and they sent me a pre- 2009 version or for a is250 awd(on the instruction it says is250 awd 2006-) rear sway bar.. part # ptr02-53080. soo I dont have the bolts to secure the brackets.

can any one tell me.. is the rear awd is250 06- is the same bar as the 2010'' is350?? if it is.. then it looks like I only need the bolts(M8 x1.25/25mm) so a trip to lowes will save me time

I could be wrong but from what I understand from talking to the Lexus guy the rear sway was supposed to be a replacement part for the AWD set and the fronts are different. Not sure what year is what, etc...

you got the right part! there's no need to buy any bolts you just reuse the factory brackets . All you need to do is take out the factory rubber bushing out and replace it with the new rubbers that came with the f-sport.

I don't know.. I'm just going to buy the 4x bolts from the local dealer cause the "instruction" doesn't say to use the oem's brackets

Agreed. When dealing with internet shopping communication is imperative. It is at times very difficult to disseminate correct and accurate information whether its via a site, email and even with the simplest of methods - a phone call. Fortunately in most cases things go as planned - others not so much.

Agreed. A phone call is always better because it can be verified.

I agree to make a phone call is the best, but to call sewell, which I have the hard time to reach anyone to answer the phone? no one at the phone desk?, but Darrel is rock through all the response through email but I think sewell need to hire someone work at the phone desk

Not to go too far off on a tangent, but I like email because you have a written history of what was said, whereas through phone, you have no record of what was said. But both has its pros and cons.

But back on topic (almost), I'm glad the thread title was changed lol, and with the 2 of my orders with Sewell (springs, exhaust), everything has been flawless.
