New HID lights wont work
Hey I just bought the h11 style VOLT hid conversion kit from xenondepot and I installed it in my is250 and will not turn on, all the connections are good but still wont turn on. any ideas?
The ballast is mounted with the 3m 2sided tape, the connections are forsure setup correctly. Its a brand new kit so i doubt that the bulbs/ballasts failed.

^^^ yup, try flopping the power harness connector around,
yea it won't clip together then, so use some electrical tape lol... its what i had to do.
and the ballast are reverse polarity protected so don't worry about it.

Also, before the HIDs when I would switch to high beams my low beams and fogs used to turn off. Now, since i switched my lows to HID, when the high beams are switched on the low beams remain off while the fogs turn off.
Is this normal?

Hi,
You would need to reverse the polarity on the connector. Please email me at info@xenondepot.com and I will send you pictures on how to do this. This way the connector will clip into place as intended.
