nah they said its not a carbon build up they had that checked
they also said there was no error codes giving out
they have a lex head tech coming down wed to check the car for 3days
then i took it 2 another lexus dealer in my area
and they were looking through the car and said alot of the car is repainted like it was in a accident
i tried checking the carfax but nothing appears
so hopefully wednesday the tech will get the car and they will take it fully apart as well
wish me luck guys

wow realli got BSd by lexus and they had no tech come down
they basically had there normal tech check it again
when the night b4 the car turned off fully like all electronics and everything
seriously took me 3 trys b4 the car started and i was on the highway and the breaks didnt work just the EBreak
then they look over at the car and are like oh there is nothing........obviously there is if my car starts shutting off randomly
that is my life at risk and they are doing nothing about it
any thoughts or ideas guys
please help i realli dont want to end up inside the car in front of me or a wall or a ditch

mine does it too.. i've been working on trying to figure it out myself.. and the theory i have on it is its mapping.. on heavy accel to heavy decel it tends to stall or stumble when the throttle goes from wide open to full close.. the PCM strategy is off it think. i'm going to have the dealership look at mine but i may do a mapping edit on it.

So yesterday i was driving back from the dealer after getting new headlights put in...well first off the light they put in is facing up not to the ground FML
then i m driving on the highway doing like 85mph n next thing i know the car shuts off...FML
i slow down pull over to the side and start it back up and sit it n wait for a couple mins ...as before i had stated in a thread i started that my rpm would go up on its own when my car was sitting still and this occurred again as i waited.
Drove the car this morning ran pretty well.
Any suggestions on what it might be>?

get your veh back to the dealer asap to start documenting the issue.
Lexus just bought my car back ... I won't be buying another one..
