is250 AWD stalled
So yesterday i was driving back from the dealer after getting new headlights put in...well first off the light they put in is facing up not to the ground FML
then i m driving on the highway doing like 85mph n next thing i know the car shuts off...FML
i slow down pull over to the side and start it back up and sit it n wait for a couple mins ...as before i had stated in a thread i started that my rpm would go up on its own when my car was sitting still and this occurred again as i waited.
Drove the car this morning ran pretty well.
Any suggestions on what it might be>?

Not sure... it's pretty strange why it would stall you are still driving.
Definitely bring it up to your dealer because it's a safety concern. I'm not sure if it has to do with valve spring recall that has been popping up on here.
Do you also hear noises when cold starting your engine?

Sorry to hear about this!
My IS250 RWD has acted like its going to stall out or die (when going slow in like a parking lot) but never actually has. Happened maybe twice... wondering if i should take it to the dealer before i get caught on the highway like the OP. My car only has 23-24,000 miles on it though.

a disconnected maf sensor will cause the car to start up and die instantly throwing cel codes immediately. It will start the second time around though.
I dont think thats the case here.
