[QUOTE=Kurtz;5803858]Personally I think nearly every exterior change they've made after the 08 models made the car either uglier, or a lot uglier.
is that so.. is it cause you drive a pre-09's +? I notice that the only ppl that hate on the 09's+ style are the ones that are rolling with 06's-08's.

I picked up a 2011 today, coming from BMW, I couldn't be happier with my buy. I think the NAV and comfort items are superior to what BMW has. I think the DRL's are quite nice. Some people are saying that the DRLs loose AFS, but my headlights move at start up? Similar to my old 3 series, and it had AFS.

Probably yes, and no. However, some of us deliberately chose an '08 over an '09+. It's totally an individual thing though.

Ah thanks for clarifying. Going from adaptive front lighting to what's on the 2011, I don't see much difference, the width in which the lights shine is pretty significant. But then again I drive the company cruiser 8-10hrs a day and it doesn't have AFS either.

But thanks for asking!
I'm really hoping whoever is behind the exterior updates since then gets fired before the 3rd gen IS is finalized, otherwise I'm gonna have to look elsewhere for my next car

No, actually, it's because I find all of the changes after 2008 hideous to look at.
But thanks for asking!
