I just picked up a couple of CG-locks for my IS-250 and Boxster.
Real easy to install, takes about 5 minutes.
Once in place, it keeps you in place.
Allows you to snug up the lap belt without tightening down the shoulder belt.
No more sliding around in the seat

My wife used to use that in her Porsche on the track (before building track cars with 5pt harness). Works pretty well.
