You know what you could do, go to a junk yard and see if you can find a totaled IS. Chances are the headrests are fine

I just picked up my IS a couple of weeks ago and I noticed the same thing. I ordered leatherique so hopefully it'll help.

well i have alcantara interior and was wondering, will alcantara fade and get damaged by sun just like leather?
or will it last longer?
when i was on the market, alot of the leather interiors were faded or just in bad condition, but alcantara interors were all fine

I just checked mine, it's not stiff at all... Maybe my 20% rear tint helps block some of that sun damage.

you can get leatherique conditioner and it'll soften it right back up. Look for it on their website.

I ordered that and the oil. I'm hoping it'll take care of the problem. I really need to get my tint done.
