Just want to share the info, a seller at eBay is selling it, it can be parking & brake light, do a search on "LEXUS IS250 IS350 REAR BUMPER REFLECTOR CUSTOM MADE JDM"

Holy crap... For $430 shipped!! I rather spend the time and customize my own leds on the reflectors.. Other than the price i think it looks good.
