Damnit!! Haha just kidding. Can't wait to see how it turns out though. It's my next project.
Did my emblems and grill surround tonight. I will have to touch up the "Lexus" emblem and the front "L" emblem tomorrow.
All in all, this works great and it pretty easy to do. I noticed that it's much easier to peel off the more coats that are applied, otherwise it's just too thin and keeps tearing. I did about 5-6 coats on the grill surround and the "AWD IS250" and about 3-4 coats on everything else.
Good thing i browse the 2IS section from time to time. Just did this on my car, looks much better than the gaudy gold emblems that were on there before
Hey Bigrahizzi, how many cans have you used. Do you think you will have enough for the window trim?
im still using the same can i bought the other day to do the emblems. I think i will have enough for the trim and the grill surround and even the whole grill if i wanted to.
