Thank you. No problems. I did 1 can per 2 rims. 15 minute dry times. 4 coats. 30 minutes after the last rim was dried and put on, I drove 40 miles to LA. Look good

No I did not... I don't know how it will hold up to the heat of the wheel well.

Also, this is just temporary for me until I got my Axis 5's

now i really wanna know how plasti dip on rims hold up against break dust

actually, i'm interested more on how we can clean the rims now with the plasti dip on it
i don't think we'll be using any rim cleaners anymore as that will probably strip away the plasti dip
and i don't think soap and water will rid of the break dust that easily

i really wanna hear how this goes in the long run

Thanks! I'm loving the black on Red look. Gunna "DIP" the window trim tomorrow, then Im chromeless

But ya, noticed some breakdust on my rims already. Rubbed right off. Just use water. Holds up fine, I just wouldn't use any high pressure, because if for some reason you have a small tear, the high pressure would just rip it open even more.

All in all, I really recommend doing your rims!!!

From what people have told me so far, they said for the parts by the window, just mask, and leave some overhanging tape and just tuck it in where the rubber seal is.

Ill post pics today at like 9am
