Thanks, I am using clear double sided tape. It's just a thin plastic.
They are taking my tire pressure cap. Twice! the original metal cap
and a cheap $1.00 blue colour one.

I'm thinking of doing this to my rear valence near my exhaust tips. Since it seems to peel off paint so easily do you think this will work or not?

Something like this but with plastidip instead of vinyl:

The picture was an example, mine is white, I edited the caption to be more clear The heat was another worry, especially since I live in AZ, 115 deg + exhaust heat should make it pretty toasty. Although someone mentioned they did it on their calipers and it was holding up and those get pretty darn hot too.

i think u should go with vinyl cuz the plasti dip isnt going to stick to paint very well, like when u remove the masking tap once i dries, its going to take the plasti dip with it

just vinyl the handles if u really want black handles, itll last and it protects the paint

ya its a pain in the *** to take the handles off to do it right but its worth it
