For you guys who have masked off parts you didn't want to get plasti-dip on, did you have any issues peeling off the masking tape? Did you need to score it with an exacto knife or did the tape come up ok leaving a straight edge?
Got a carbon fiber part I'm putting several coats of red plasti-dip on but the edges I've left CF. I'd hate for the middle plasti-dipped part to peel up when I take the tape off.

I wanted to finally try this this weekend but the weather's been kind of crummy. It's cold and raining. Can this be sprayed indoors/garage? Or should I wait?

^^^ I sprayed in my garage (indoor).
I actually suggest doing it in a garage. If you have another car or something important, just cover it with plastic tarp or newspaper.
Otherwise, the wind will blow the paint everywhere you don't want it to be. There also a chance that some debris will get blown on to it when it's still wet.

I just did my outer grill (silver part) last week and matches my Obsidian black PERFECTLY! Ill post pics up sometime, did about 5 coats with 10-15 minutes in between coats and worked out well.
What annoyed me most about taking off the grill was putting the rubber trim back into those tiny hooks.
My question for Iceman5210, how'd you go about masking off the side silver trim on the car? I'm doing this soon and don't know a good way of masking off the trim.
