Loving it man. Love the tile roof. Have no need for those here, but they look great!
Thanks for the daytime pics on the grill. Looks great on the blue. Do you have to do any removel of the spray on the grill? Or you all just spraying everything on the front grill?
How hard would it be to remove the Plastidip from the grill if I wanted to later down the road? I've got a lease because I did not think I would like the IS250 so much (Honda guy all my life, love the Lude!) but I really like the IS250 and plan on keeping it now or giving it to my wife down the road.

Remove he grille then pop out the insert from the chrome surround.
-Spray the grille surround
Then tape around the emblem on the insert and mask out the rest with newspaper or something so only the emblem is uncovered
-spray the emblem (don't worry about taping up the center - but make sure you tape around the emblem nicely)
And plastidip is just a rubber coating - it peels right off

Ahhh I'm dumb. I was under the impression everyone was painting the whole front grill. However it's just the surround and the L that need to be painted. I'm just sitting here thinking, damn it's going to be hard to remove that rubber stuff from all the honey comb pieces on the grill.
I suck at masking, especially in a circle.

I'm to scared to do it yet, I'm pretty damn **** and don't want any imperfections. Anyone's look perfect? How does the plasti dip peel off where you want it to but not where you don't want it to?
Yet the Black Pearl Emblems and the CF Front Grill Surround are pretty pricey.

^ just do it when it's warm outside to get a smooth finish and don't rush the coats. Should come out clean. I just did mine. Saw this thread and 1 hour later I'm done. Great tip!

It's doesn't come off. I have taken my car to car wash also and nothing either it stays there strong unless someone peels it off.
