Default instrument panel attachment clips

A few years back I had the dealership fix some dash rattles and now I get an aweful sound that comes from the instrument panel attachment clips. There are 5 clips in total and the clip on the left side of the windshield rattles like crazy when I go over rough surfaces. The car is no longer under warranty and I want to try and somehow stuff some felt or something in that clip without having to remove the entire dash.

Can anyone tell me if there is any way to actually visually see these clips without having to remove too much or the entire dash? If i can somehow get access to see the clip in question then i can use some tool to access it and rectify the problem

any suggestions would be great.

thanks
