Default check the car (wheel damaged by dealer)

check the car around after your car got service from your dealer, because my wheel just got damage from A REAL BIG LEXUS DEALER in SOCAL. i felt so mad about it, because they dont even told me about my wheel. if i didnt find it out, it will be my fault, i think.

Sorry about what happened to you...the tail of my Trans Am was damaged after a routine service. I was out of luck because I couldn't prove that it wasn't there prior.

From then on, I always go around the car with the service advisor BEFORE I hand the keys over and have him make notes on the work order that the car is immaculate (or has a ding on such and such place). Upon receipt of the car after I do another full walk around. I know it sounds **** but it protects you and it protects them.

I know what you mean...

I took my car for the first oil change and they washed my car. I notice that the sunroof shade has yellow stains. Most likely from water or they didn't do a good job of cleaning it.
