You can always buy the color match grill off Sewell to have the paint completely matched. Not sure if this is still going on but contact the vendor.

I'd recommend getting your lighting done. I prefer the matching low and fog look, but do whatever floats your boat. If you are going for yellow fogs, there's no need to go HIDs. You can always get some Nokya yellow halogen bulbs that will have the same effect.

My $20 recommendation is for the Aerotect redouts if you don't have them already.

Did you want something that you can notice every day aesthetically or handling/performance wise? Handling and performance wise would go to F-sport sway bars for the amount you're asking for. You will notice it, if not all, most of the time when you are driving.
