Default Can you buy wheel locking nut from dealership?

Hello,

I lost my locking nut. Is it possible to purchase the nut from the dealership? Can my friend pick it up or do you have to show the ownership of the car in order to purchase the locking nut?

Do you mean the 'key' to take it off or one locking lug nut?

The lug nut socket "key" tool comes with its own ID number tag. It should have come with the lug nuts along with other "warranty" paperwork. OEM Lexus as well as other manufacturers use McGard Locking lugnuts. Maybe try their website?

if you don't mind spending a premium dollar, i'm pretty sure you can get one from your dealership.

Yeah you can buy the Key from the dealership. I lost mine too and just bought a new one from them. It's only like $30, but you will have to take your car there so they can match the Key to your lugnuts. They have tons, and in my opinion, it's a lot easier then looking up the part number and stuff like that. Just take your car, they'll match it....and you're on your way
