whose sc was that that crashed.. what's his CL name... sucks for him... wonder why it lost controll....

 

i didn't make it as my car is sitting on one spare tire. Sucks for the SC glad he is okay good thing the other car was ahead otherwise could have been two cars.

 

Yes, glad that the other car was a bit ahead. I was thinking how lucky they actually were.

im glad the sc driver was okay...maybe he used tire shine and then decided to drag...too slick of tires?

 

From what i heard, he had a open diff, too much power to one wheel and once it caught traction it caught and too much power caused him to spin out.

and,

they said he was boosting way too much and people told him to turn it down but he didn't or something like that.

It was a sad site, but i didnt see it i can't imagine what he is going through right now. I also heard that he was super nervous before he took off.

Yeah, major downer about the SC, but thankfully Steve is okay. I was 1 or 2 cars behind in the drag strip queue and remember just hearing a pop followed by "Ohhhhhh." I thought an engine blew at first until I saw the car pieces strewn about the track.

 

Missed it!...Who was the white IS-F with the roof scoop on the 60 Freeway going west on Sat evening...I was in the silver IS350....clean ride. You then took the 91.

Yeah, I was standing next to Glen before the drag strip instructions.

The dimple is getting taken care of this week hopefully.
