is F fender conversion
is there a way to only change the front fenders in the x50? or would i have to change the front bumper hood ect.? this (if possible) woulf be my last mod

meh i dont like it as much... too flashy.. the is F one is perfect.

Does anyone know? I remember someone saying you can't just swap the fenders, but I'm not sure.

Some guy on here did the entire conversion including the rear bumper. I think you have to change the front end.

You'll need to do the bumper and side skirts to fit the fenders.

considering my dad owns a body shop, would our lead mechanic be able to make it work? or would i absolutely have to get the bumper/side skirts. im not really a fan of the is F bumper, and especially not the bulging hood.

Hoods not required. The fenders will stick out further than the stock 250/350 bumper.

I think the ISF is 3" longer in the nose to accomodate the 8 cylinder engine.

i dont think anyone has done the fenders, you'll be the first but that also means you'll be a pioneer. however members on this forum have done the front bumper and the back bumper.

I did a search of ISF conversion and found project Oreo. He did the front and side conversion and repainted the car matte white.
