i had it happen to my IS a few times, and it was always after a big change in temperature, as was the case last week with the temps in so cal. checked the pressure for all fours, and they were fine. when the weather cooled over the weekend, the low tire pressure light was gone. or you can do what NoHoIS350 suggested and take it to the dealer and have them look at it. could be a bad sensor, or it could be nothing at all. hope it gets resolved soon!

No, there is no TPMS in the spare tire.

Something else I would recommend is resetting the pressure at which the TPMS come on. Instructions are in your owners manual.
