There is only a 25 hp difference between the sc300 and sc400. 102 hp differebce between the IS250 and IS350. Unless you want a manual, get the 350.

if u want to go fast go with the is350
if u want to go slow get is250

350 all day everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why not get the 250?
A. Cuz its slow
B. if you want manual dont even bother with the 250, its got the transmission of a tacoma.
C. get the 350!
