run your finger nail down it. if it catches it too deep. if you cant get your nail to catch on the scratch it can be buff

sorry to hear about that dude, my car got keyed two times. i feel ya. first time it got keyed i just left it like that. the scratch wasnt deep enough and i just used some wax to dull it down. you could still see it but it wasnt as bad.

2nd time though they got deep down through to the metal and left a scar. i tried going to a detailing shop where they filled it in with a black paint and wet sanded the surface the surface to make it smooth again. IMO it looked worse, you couldnt see the white scratch but you could still see this thick black line. it wasnt worth it. so i just got it repainted.

depending on how deep the scratch is you can find other solutions. pics would help too.

when it was scratched, a white color is on the scratch, im not sure if that is the primer because on my honda when is was scratched hard, the color came as black. I will try and post pics later as im downloading it right now.

Wow...sorry to hear that happened to you. That first pic makes it look real deep. I don't think scratchx will do it. To quote Pulp Fiction:

Lance: They should be ***king killed. No trial, no jury, straight to execution.
Vincent: Boy, I wish I could've caught him doing it. I'd have given anything to catch that ***hole doing it. It'd been worth him doing it just so I could've caught him doing it.

OUCH!

That looks painful! Who'd you **** off? J/K

Sorry to see that happen, people can be really immature. It looks pretty deep so your only real option might be to just have it repainted....touch-up jobs usually look waaay worse.

yah that looks pretty bad. the first pic looks like it dug straight there to the metal. i dont think you can buff that out. you can touch up paint it as temporary solution, or just so that i doesnt rust down the road. or the next thing is to repaint it. maybe a bodyshop can do a spot paint so its not too expensive.
