I need to have my front brakes done along with my valve recall work and would like to apply the $500 gift card. So I finally called Lexus corporate and spoke to a rep two days ago. He explained that they (Lexus Financial) are sending the $500 Visa cards out in waves, but they (customer service reps) had no idea when customers would be receiving them. He was very nice, professional and apologized for my inconvenience. And yesterday, to my surprise, my $500 Lexus Visa card arrived in the mail... I had to laugh.

ok i received my $500 gift card and the $1500 voucher almost 2months ago (used the GC already to buy stuff from sewell). and to my surprise yesterday i received another $500 GC in the mail. i haven't confirmed if it has funds in it but it's definitely not just a duplicate coz it has diff nos. i guess it's a nice xmas present from lexus lol.

I just got off the phone with lexus and they said the only people receiving the 500 GC are people with extended warranties or people who bought CPO Lexus's. If you did neither then you are getting the extended powetrain warranty. Has anyone who did neither of the above received a GC, bc if so im gonna call and try my best to get one

i called them once because i kept on getting an error when purchasing from sewell. they said it wasn't activated yet but i could've sworn i activated it. anyways they activated it and i was able to use it at sewell. and like what i said i received another one yesterday. i wanna keep it for future use but i'm afraid when they found out i got it twice they might void the 2nd one so i guess "sewell get the IS-F tails ready" lol.

I had my recall performed in Saskatoon and recieved nothing? I mentioned the warranty extension you guys are talking about and they said they know nothing of it, that was a month ago and no follow up letter either.

I just bought my IS350 in October, Certified at a Lexus Dealership. I've seen this topic and been wondering if they completed this before I bought the car....a part of me is hoping they didn't so I may qualify for the $500 GC. But I looked online at the lexus owners website and saw this under Service Description "ALE REPL COMP SPRINGS & LASH ADJUSTERS FOR IS 350" Does this sound like the same spring recall???
