Default Painting wheels, opinions?

UPDATE ON PAGE 3 & 4

I have the VVS-CV1 as most of you know already. And that thing is a dirt magnet (at least for me), thinking of getting a darker shade like gunmetal, or something like burning black. The question is, should I paint the base only, and keep the lip, or paint the lip with it.

Here's are some custom colors of the CV1, I cropped the pictures I hope Vossen doesn't mind.

I'm going to do something similar like the G37, I like the lip being untouched, but not too sure if it's the best. I usually don't ask for opinions, but something tells me a matching lip would look awesome, just like the black one.

I think i looks good with the lip untouched since you have a light colored car.

Plastidip!! lol

I'm still researching what exactly I'm going to choose, and which shop to go. There's a shop, they told me they'll paint it, and guarantee it wont chip, or fade ..etc without hitting ofcourse. Still I don't know.

I like the gloss gunmetal finish of the first pic. But to each his own. Chose what you'll be happiest with. The white if you're concerned about dirty wheels should be on the bottom of yuor list. just saying.

I vote for the gunmetal finish on the G37. It's not going to help the dirt issue, though - it might actually be tougher to clean.

For sure the G37 one and keep lip to match your chrome lining. White wheels tends to look cheap and keeping it clean will be a b*tch.. Black one won't really match your current setup. Its more for aggressive looks imo.. Overall very good choice in wheel

Guys, I never said I'll go for black, or the white. Definitely I'll go for gunmetal or something in that shade.

I guess I'll keep the lip!

I was joking about the plasitdip, they have black, white, clear, and some funky colors.
