Default Wheels: The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly

I know there is a thread asking if these wheels fit, and there is another thread that has a link to a few popular wheels, and aftermarket wheels.

But, I think there should be a thread to guide people (like me), on which brands make good wheels, bad wheels, and the plain ugly wheels.

This way, the Original Post will be constantly updated with the list of the good, bad and ugly.

SPORT WHEELS:(Very Light weight, Used for Speed/Racing, Very Durable)
Over $5,000 Wheels

$2,500-$5,000 Wheels

Under $2,500 Wheels

LUXURY WHEELS:(Light-Medium weight, Used for Looks, Show Competitions, Durable)
Over $5,000 Wheels

$2,500-$5,000 Wheels

Under $2,500 Wheels

CASUAL WHEELS:(Medium-Heavy weight, Used for Looks, Everyday Driving, Durable)
Over $5,000 Wheels

$2,500-$5,000 Wheels

Under $2,500 Wheels

NOT MY TASTE WHEELS: (Beauty Truly Is In The Eyes of The Beholder If You Like These Wheels!)
Over $5,000 Wheels

-Cannibis Green Machined: $5,999 (4 Wheels + 4 Tires)

$2,500-$5,000 Wheels

Under $2,500 Wheels

BAD WHEELs: (No Matter If Its Sporty, Luxury, Casual, Nice, or Ugly, These Wheels Should Be Avoided For Their Horrible Quality!

Ugliness is in the eye of the beholder.

Posting an "ugly" wheel just might be what is on someone else's car. I for sure wouldn't want to see MY wheels posted in the ugly section.

Also, the definition of a good or bad wheel depends upon what one needs. There are good/bad wheels for weight, for ability to hold a finish, durability or corrosion. Aesthetics. Ability to hold a stretched tire. Perhaps a list of what you mean by good and bad would help?

^ Could be your unhelpful post.

OP, you left out the most important criteria in purchasing wheels, which is your budget. And a pic of your car would help too

CO-SIGN

Also there are other factors like budget, daily driving / road conditions. Like my self, sure I would like to rock some 6K rims but with the current economy, road conditions I don't mind rocking reps as it won't cost me an arm and a leg to replace if it gets damaged/bent or stolen. Plus I look at it this way am I going to be racing this car, taking it to car show competitions and where they would scrutinize what wheel/tire set I'm rocking, to me the answer is now so no point in that. But to each to his own.

This may sound obvious, but now you know what are the good ones, they are in the Wheel Index thread.

Everyone has their own opinions. What's nice to one person may not look nice to another. Budget also plays a big role in wheel purchases.

Ok, taking into consideration of some of the comments, I updated the first post.

Please, feel free to post your opinion on wheels.

After posting a link to the Wheel, please mention price range, and whether it is Sport, Luxury, Casual, or Ugly wheels.

Also, members are able to post a link to a wheel, where other members can help them out by telling them if they are good or bad!

Hope you guys enjoy this thread. Give it a chance before bashing it. Thanks.
