How do you change the front turn signals 2IS?

How do you change the front turn signals 2IS?
Not sure if the previous models are the same as the 2011 but it seems like the bulbs come out from the bottom of the headlight. Can anyone help?
I know the fogs can be changed behind the wheel liner but do i need to remove the bumper to access the turn signals in the headlight?
P.S. going behind the headlight (engine bay) does not seem to be the correct location for these bulbs.
