When each wheel is being bleed, is it easily noticeable when the old fluid is no longer and new fluid has reached the wheel (older fluid will appear darker than the new fluid etc.)?
Exactly what you said.

I did my brakes at 12 psi pressure and it works great pushing out the old fluid.

Following video shows 2003 Lexus GX470 brake fluid flush using the Motive Products Power Bleeder tank (Unsure if it's part # 0900 ) with the BA10 Power Probe master cylinder Adapter for Toyota vehicle;

Response from CL member manchild regarding above Power Probe BA10 adapter design (Reply # 17) from the following thread Brake flush with motive power bleeder: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...bleeder-2.html

"That looks just about the same as mine with a slight design change to make locking it onto the master cylinder a little easier.

Want to thank all members for providing the additional information with regard to correctly performing the brake flush procedure in this thread as well as here; Brake flush with motive power bleeder https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...r-bleeder.html

Performed the brake flush using the following items while on 4 ramps; Motive Products 0090 Power Bleeder Tank , BA10 Power Probe Master Cylinder Adapter, ColorConnex ¼ “ Coupler & Plug Kit Part A72457C, Genesis Universal ‎GA3075 Brake Bleeder Bottle, Mityvac MVA6851 Fluid Extractor Syringe, TOYOTA 00475-1BF03 DOT 3 brake fluid 12 oz. (4) and LEXUS 314768-30010 Brake Bleeder Screw caps.

Used the Mityvac MVA6851 Fluid Extractor Syringe, to extract the existing brake fluid from master cylinder. Added new TOYOTA 00475-1BF03 DOT 3 brake fluid to the master cylinder after old fluid was removed. Attached the BA10 Power Probe Master Cylinder Adapter cap onto the master cylinder top, then used the ColorConnex quick release coupler to connect the Motive Products 0090 Power Bleeder Tank. Then added Three 12oz. bottles of TOYOTA 00475-1BF03 DOT 3 brake fluid into the Motive Power Bleeder tank and pumped to 15 psi. Began with rear passenger wheel, and placed a 10mm open / box wrench onto the bleeder nut. Then placed the Genesis Brake Bleeder Bottle hose over the bleeder valve and began to loosen bleeder nut with the 10 mm wrench (about two turns).while bottle hose was still attached. While returning to the Motive Power bleeder to pump pressure back to 15 psi. (do not let tank run out of brake fluid), I did notice fluid leaking from the quick connect adapter / coupler going from the BA10 Power Probe Master Cylinder Adapter to Motive Power Bleeder Tank hose. Placed additional dish underneath to catch the fluid (placed blanket underneath the master cylinder and surrounding area before beginning the procedure as precaution).. Believe it needed to be tightened (location referenced with Yellow arrow in photo below).
I also noticed that the rear Brake Bleeder Screw caps part 314768-30010, are different from the front caps (See photo below). Would someone know the correct part number for the front bleeder screw cap (31478-14010)?

BRAKE BLEEDER SCREW CAP Front & Rear

Began leaking fluid in area reverenced by Yellow arrow when connected to the BA10 Power Probe Master Cylinder Adapter and pumped to 15 PSI
