I need to get a spoiler for my IS250 and I dont want to spend money on an OEM if I can get the same looking one (and quality) from elsewhere, just a stick-on preferably. I came across these two on ebay, what do you think?

true, for that price, might as well OEM.

How difficult is it to install since its not stick on? I wonder what lexus would charge to install it. Suggestions?

Just disregard the bolt holes and use 3m double faced adhesive tape. Lexus will overcharge you for simple install you can do yourself. Mine is still going strong after a year, no problems.
